Mobile Tent Camps – Serengeti Only
  • Serengeti Wild Camp
Sleeping in a tent is part of one’s wildlife experience in Africa. When you arrive back at the camp after a day of game viewing, the day doesn’t end. There are still the night skies to look at and the camp fire to sit around. The camps have their own ambiance and very different attractions to the lodges. They provide much more of a feeling for what is usually envisaged of Africa.
The camp is small, comfortable, secluded, and is located inside the Serengeti near the animals. Tents are spacious with beds and their own portable toilet and shower. There is no electricity, but lanterns are provided. There is a dining tent for meals and relaxing in the evening. You can sometimes see bushbuck and other antelope on the property. Dwarf galago are common and you can see them every evening at dusk.
